Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyways. It is acting in spite of your past and trusting yourself and the unknown and making a decision. It is the courageous acts of people that we admire and value. It moves and motivates us; gives us permission to take the chance and be courageous ourselves.
I have had the honor to bear witness to incredible displays of courage exhibited by my clients. Each of their accomplishments was monumental for them at the time in their life that they took their courageous step. My wish is that their bravery fuels in you the spark to take a risk and be the courageous self that you are.

Courage is believing you can have it all and having it: a loving mother, dedicated wife, caring friend with a career and body that you only dreamed of
